Q: Is this product similar to astro-turf? A: No. Our product is actually synthetic grass combined with a black silica sand. The sand is spread over top of the synthetic grass to keep the 2 strands in place, causing it look and feel just like real grass. Q: Over time, will the sun harm the grass or make it fade?

Picking a landscape company is not easy. You cannot just choose one out of the blue because there is too big of a chance to be burned on price and/or outcome. Luckily I was recommended EcoGreen by a friend who has used them on multiple occasions, each one a VERY big job. I was treated with respect, and they had no idea I was a friend of one of their larger clients. The team at EcoGreen was responsive, and the installation of our new backyard was much easier than I was expecting. I cannot thank them enough for making the process simple and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the work Steve and Eco Green did on my vacation home in St George. I just got back from a New Years trip and saw the finished project for the first time. The rope swing for the pool was a nice added touch that I was not expecting. I couldn’t keep my kids off the thing. When the adults got sick of the pool we were able to enjoy the trampoline park and pickle ball court that Eco Green installed. There is no job too big for these guys.

Earlier this year I wrote a review about ecogreen which was not favorable. The owner texted me and asked me to remove it because he felt it was ruining his business and it wasn't fair. But now I'm putting it back. We paid Ecogreen earlier this year to landscape our yard and not one single task was completed correctly or professionally. I have walls that are not complete. I have lawn that died within weeks of installation. We have a trampoline hole that is caving in because it was not properly done. They flooded my house with their grading and irrigation system. They covered my sewer cleanouts.

Ecogreen came highly recommended to us when we found a leak in our drip system. They came out and instantly found the issue, didn’t have to dig up our yard, fixed it very quickly and as a bonus helped us replace tree poles that had split during heavy winds. Needless to say I was thrilled with the service.

A rep came out, measured, and sent a quote. We paid a downpayment then cancelled the job because EcoGreen was so slow, indecisive, and unresponsive about out job. I have called and texted the rep who came out and have not received an answer about a refund. I have called the company directly and had to leave a message because a human being did not answer the phone. This company's communication with us has been zip. Because of that, I cannot recommend them.
I will say, that after posting this, Steve, the owner, made contact with me. He was upset that I had been treated the way I had. He apologized

I am so happy we picked EcoGreen to do our backyard landscape. We had several companies come out to give us bids and EcoGreen got back to us the quickest. The estimate had the cost break down of the landscaping so it was very clear to see what all was included. They did a great job staying within the budget and helping us with any change orders along the way. Thanks so much Steve for helping us get our dream backyard!!!!!!

Working with Ecogreen and both Steves was a great experience. We had an itemized bid so we were able to see exactly what things were going to cost. . We changed our minds over and over again and they never seemed to mind even though it must have been annoying. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The crew was professional and courteous. Anytime they said they were going to be there they were. Prompt and efficient. After the job was done I truly felt like they wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied.
