I was fortunate to find Roeland Home Improvers for my bathroom upgrade. After residing in my house for the past 38 years, with a small master bathroom that was last updated 25 years ago, it was due for another update. My goal was to get the most out of the small space and be more senior friendly.
Arnie and Beth Roeland were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided guidance in selecting the basic bathroom elements and the accessories. They were honest concerning scheduling, pricing, and what to expect overall due to ongoing pandemic and the material supply difficulties.

We investigated several contractors before selecting Roeland and we are thrilled with our choice. Arnie was responsive and cared about our wants and he was the only contractor honest enough to tell us that we did not have sufficient space for a double vanity, a nice shower and a tub. He was absolutely right. His staff was professional, polite, clean and respectful. We were prepared to have construction dirt but the workers were amazingly tidy. When one of the workers was ill we got a text at 5:00 am from Arnie and then Audie himself called to make sure we knew he was sick and would not be coming

I met with Arne to explore how to create a dream bathroom on a budget. I had met with other contractors and they were expensive and provided no real avenues for creative ways to design in a dime. I was skeptical at first, but I liked that Roeland was willing to work with me. Arne brainstormed ways we could bring in custom design like using glass mosaic tile detailing but save on flooring for example.
On Reno day! Adi, Matt and Kyle showed up on time and we’re pleasant and very courteous. They got right to work and I am not kidding, they had my entire bathroom gutted and everything installed

I cannot say enough about this company or the owners. This is the second job I have trusted them with and as always A+ work. The owner is kind, honest and responsible and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work done. The guys who completed my job were respectful and hard working. The office staff is responsive and always calls back if you need. I had done a roofing job with them several years back and the job was fantastic so naturally when I needed a bathroom remodel I called them up. The job is gorgeous and I'm so excited for my low maintenance shower.

I have to say the folks at Roeland were by FAR the best I've ever had the pleasure to hire!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, totally professional and very easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure that not only the job was done on time, but added all kinds of little touches which made our bathroom look beautiful. The owner - Arnie Roeland - was frequently on hand to oversee everything, even coming up with solutions which made the overall look even better!!

Our bathroom has been in need of renovation for some time. We’ve had Roeland Home Improvers complete projects on our house for more than two decades; so when we finally decided to remodel our bathroom, we did not hesitate to call Arnie Roeland.
When Arnie came to our house, my wife and I discussed what we wanted changed. We were originally told this might take up to a week to complete. My wife and I wanted to be at home during the renovation. As work progressed, the installers asked us questions to ensure the work was being completed to meet our expectations. Arnie’s people are very professional

I needed a new shower/tub. I called several places for estimates . When Roeland Home Improvers came I pretty much new Arnie was going to be my choice. His workers where so professional polite and neat. They ran into a problem , but corrected it and stayed until the installation was completed so I would not be without a bathtub. My New remolded bathroom looks phenomenal . Thank you so much for making me so proud to show it off . Love my bathroom 😁👍

After two prior estimates from other businesses that were well outside of my price range, I contacted Roeland Home Improvement. Arnie was so personable, and offered me what I was looking for at a rate that (especially after seeing the finished product) was more than fair; his work is phenomenal. I was a little nervous as this was my first home improvement experience, but Arnie took my input and made a clear plan that supported my vision while still working around the remodeled water fixtures. The workmen were on time and pleasant throughout the whole experience, and were happy to answer any questions

Our bathroom was just renovated through Roeland. I was dreading the process from the beginning, as I thought it was going to be extremely stressful. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The communication from the beginning was top notch. Beth was a pleasure to communicate with, as she constantly kept us in the loop in regards to materials shipping. I had an issue with an outside vendor, and even though this didn’t fall under her responsibility, she provided solid advice from experience.
Adi and Matt were the contractors assigned to us and they were absolutely amazing! I was very worried
