I feel very fortunate that we found the right company to renovate our home. Nick, Mike and crew were professional, meticulous and responsive. Due to unforeseen circumstances (ie Covid), the process was a bit longer than any of us planned. I got to know the crew well and found each of them to be so conscientious. I am a picky person but so were they—always ensuring that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this team. THE Best Of Lawrence for a reason!!!!!

Mike is amazing! As consulting contractor, he helped me manage the complete renovation of a home built in the 1880's. Mike advised, negotiated and navigated all the pitfalls common with renovations including permits, historic considerations and inspections. I could not have completed the project without his help. I am looking forward to working together again!

I highly recommend Mike Warner at Construction Specialties for any of your home improvement jobs.
They did an excellent job of installing my windows and I have contracted with them to replace the siding and paint the exterior of the house.

Mike and his team did a beautiful job of remodeling my late 1970s rancher into the home of my dreams. Great communications, completely ethical, quickly responsive to after-the-job tweaks (inevitable once one begins living in the remodeled home), and very close to the timeline we agreed upon.
