Don Pinak entered the glass business in 1985 and has worked hard for several decades to build a great team and a great company, respected by builders, contractors and homeowners. We didn't have much money back in the 80's, but we saved and rented a 600 sq-foot storefront. We hand painted the name on the pickup truck.

I own a 120 year old home and needed the glass replaced in my front door. I had made three separate visits to this shop. They were recommended to me by another glass shop that no longer did residential work. During all three visits I feel like they took the upmost precaution and concern for COVID-19 and safety. This is a huge factor in me choosing a business. They were friendly, helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone

The cost for having a broken bedroom window glass replaced seemed a little on the expensive side (although this is not something I have much experience in), and it took a week-and-a-half to be done, but the work was impeccable and solid. Their hours are limited to weekdays, 7:00 am til 4:00 pm, which wasn't very convenient for a homeowner with a full-time job. This is a cash and check only business, so not being able to use a credit card was a frustration. But despite my quibbles, the glass replacement itself was excellent.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. My husband and I purchased our first home recently and the seller left 5 large mirrors that we could not tackle ourselves so I called Don's and got an estimate ASAP and they came out the day after our closing and removed the mirrors within 1 hour. Smooth process and very reasonably priced!!

These guys are awesome! Got my estimate ASAP. Work was scheduled to be done today, arriving at 8 and leaving by 9. They showed up at 8 on the dot, were out by 9 and were so friendly and professional! I kind of had to go with this company in fixing my dining room window, because they were the only company that responded to my request for a quote (and I tried 5). Nonetheless, I'm so thrilled I chose them and would do so again.

I had an appointment, the person never showed up; I called to tell them that he did not show; It is one week later and I have NEVER heard from anyone EVER!!
I tried to order a part, they never got back to me on the availability. I went back two weeks later and they "forgot" to call me.
The one woman has been in the front office for many years is VERY arrogant and rude.
Go to Rex Glass and be treated like a human instead of an animal!

We wanted to replace/upgrade our shower door in our master bathroom after seeing mold grow inside the sliding doors after 20+ years. Despite our best and persistent efforts at eradication it proved to be inaccessible so we opted for replacement. I checked out a few places and got a couple estimates ( for the exact same model door) including one from Don's. They were super friendly both at their store and during their visit to measure to provide our estimate. Turns out, they were 40% less than the other bid. I was a math major in college and can say authoritatively that 40% is statistically
