The other property manager at our other location has been trying to get in touch with someone with this company for over a month. The "answering service" said they have no way to contact the people other than sending an urgent message to contact us. Yet we have still not heard anything back. It is ridiculous. These people are so unprofessional.

I can't even get this company to respond to give me a quote for a residential project. I have contacted them over a dozen times in the last six months with no response. I have emailed, called the company number, his cell number and spoken with an agent from their answering service who promised to have them call me back twice. No response. Don't waste your time.

I would discourage anyone from reaching to this vendor. We have had repeated issues with the quality of the work and require repairs without any response from Michael or his company. He is only interested in the final check but not owing the quality of the final product. He has been in full and on time for his services in six figures and cannot manage to return a call or take ownership for his final product. Poor management and accountability across the board!!

A driver for Michael Kissner Paving broke my windshield and after avoiding me for a week he finally answered the phone when I called from a number he did not know( so childish) and decided to tell me it was a he said she said problem do what I got to do.
He refused to provide me with his insurance providers information
If he cannot assume responsibility for a windshield. I bet his business practices are also lacking
Hopefully if you choose to do business with him he won't tell you what he told me

Ok so from what I can tell there are several Kissner's that do paving. I had the not so pleasure of dealing with Michael Kissner Paving. Last summer I wanted to reseal and add an addition to my driveway. Simple enough! Got a few quotes and Michael was way cheaper than everyone else so I thought I would give him a try since this wasn't a major job. Everything looked fine at first. He told me it had a 1 year warranty and that he put down 2 coats of professional grade sealer. Unfortunately very soon after the addition is crumbling and the so called pro sealer is flaking like crazy. Seriously
