Our high temperature systems and X-treme extraction power enables X-treme to deep clean your carpet. X-treme can steam clean almost any type of fabric by following the procedures set forth by the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Once X-treme's professionally trained upholstery specialists arrive, we begin an inspection of your upholstery. Each fabric type has a specific cleaning protocol to be followed.
X-treme values every rug for its workmanship and artistic expressions, but most importantly we value your rug because it's special to you! Being properly cared for will help to maintain its history, long lasting beauty and value for years. Hand made rugs need special hand washing and drying. Since they're made of natural fibers (wool, silk, cotton) they cannot take the harsh cleaning procedures we use in synthetic carpets.

I was very happy with Luciano and his helper today. They were on time for arrival and on time to finish the job. It appears they did a thorough job and hopefully when the carpet is dry, we will be rid of the cat urine from our carpet in the basement. It is an interesting process they use to treat this situation which involves pulling the carpet away from the wall, removing the old padding under neath and placing with new padding. They even replace the wooden carpet tacks due to the exposure of urine. I have peace of mind that the environment and smell of my beautifully finished basement will be

Like many folks in the northwest suburbs we were hit by an overwhelming rainfall resulting in water in my basement.
I never hesitated to call Luciano, Owner of X-Treme restoration in Grayslake. Although Luciano was on call all day taking care of other flooded homes, he showed up at my home at 10pm and immediately went to work on my basement carpet.
Luciano worked thru the night and came back the next day with extra fans/humidifier to clean up my lower level.
I highly recommend X-Treme and Luciano and give them a 5 star rating for their most professional services.
