Services
ColorGuard is a premium-quality, non yellowing, UV-resistant, super-tough acrylic film that is easy to clean and maintain. ColorGuard protects with a high-gloss shine that penetrates the surface to retard efflorescence and resist oil, grease and food stains. ColorGuard virtually eliminates concrete dusting and is tough enough to withstand the extremes of areas subject to freeze-thaw.
Fast-Patch is a "fast-setting" mortar designed for patching and smoothing concrete flat-work or filling holes on tilt up surfaces. Fast-Patch is a dry polymer, cement and fine aggregate factory blended powder. It is formulated to adhere to surfaces without requiring a primer. Fast-Patch can be used in exterior or interior locations.
Our 3in1 PREP is an eco-friendly cleaner that will clean, degrease, and etch your concrete. Reduce prep time with this specially formulated all-in-one prep product. 3in1 PREP provides superior adhesion and durability for top coats, stains and sealers. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous and safely prepares most concrete surfaces.
The Chapin Industrial Concrete Sprayer has a 3.5-gallon tri-poxy lined steel tank that provides triple protection against rust, corrosion and damage from denting. Featuring Xtreme Seals that are resistant to the most extreme chemicals including Acetone, Naphtha, Xylene and Toluene. This sprayer can keep up with the higher solids and ever changing chemical compositions of today's solvents and excellerators.

I would like to thank the whole crew the knowledge is unreal from epoxies to overlays , coloring . All my customers love what i do but only thanks to this group. You want to talk about the best in the business.... How about best of the west. What a warm and inviting atmosphere right when you walk in! Always on top of there game, and if your running late past closing, there at this establishment they will make sure you get what you need for tomorrow's early pour. (Left a bucket of release out front for me, more than once At there old location!) Thank again CCD! For caring and providing all you do for us guy's in the concrete world of utah!

The team at CC&D, and thier products are the only people you want to do business with....when it come to concrete design. We had a budget to pour a huge patio, which included color, and sealant. We shopped around to save some money but realized the product, and expert knowledge of CC&D where unbeatable. Great staff, friendly, and willing to answer all my wifes questions. Candy....(who is awesome) took us step by step through a real simple process, and the end result was....and I mean exactly...what we wanted.
