Horrific customer service after install. Have been trying to get them to come out for the last 8 months to make sure the fireplace is installed correctly. They never return a phone call and never follow through. Had to reach out to the manufacturer but still not getting anywhere after buying a $9k+ fireplace. Next step is to contact an attorney.

Seth and Craig stopped by to fix my fireplace for problems with the pilot light and ignitor. They arrived ahead of schedule, and within 25 minutes they fixed my fireplace, cleaned the interior of it, and cleaned up any mess they made. Seth also made sure to educate me on the problem with m fireplace, and what I could do to prevent a recurrence - as well as signs of carbon monoxide creation. I am really happy with the service and customer service provided, and I will be sticking with you all in the future!

So glad I called them! Nashville folks, they are a way better option than what we have here locally. Prompt, professional, and helpful! They appreciate the business and treat their customers as such. After struggling with the local option to even get them to follow through (I've never had such a hard time trying to be a customer in all my life), I decided to call Bowling Green Fireplace to see if they serviced our area. We spoke more frequently to BGF over several days than we had over several weeks with the local option that we had met in person in the showroom! BGR made it so easy from start

You really shouldn't look anywhere else! The owners and staff are second to none. We shopped 5 different establishments over a six week period and none compare. They are 70 miles from us but well worth the experience! On time every time!! Product is beautiful and the installers go above and beyond to ensure the items purchased are installed with equally matched care and precision! They will have my business for all future purchases! I've bought 2 amazing grills and I'm putting in an order for a fireplace from these guys. This is a family owned business that does everything the right way...I would recommend them to ANYONE! Oh and I live an hour and a half away; it is worth the drive for me to be able to do business with these outstanding people.
