We had a great experience with Andy and his team! Andy was up front and honest with us right from the start. We trusted him and are so glad we did! They were thorough and diligent. Not to mention they worked outside in the freezing cold and never complained, right before the biggest snow storm of the year! They were all professional, pleasant and truly took pride in their work. I had a problem with 2nd floor bath water backing up into my first floor shower. Doc Drain was able to identify the problem as being a collapsing drain pipe leading from the house to the septic tank. We scheduled a follow up for the job to be done the next day. They did a great job in replacing the pipe as well as making it easier to access the pipe for maintenance in the future. The cost wasn't over the top, which is always the fear when you're not use to dealing with these kinds of problems. I highly recommend Doc Drain!

Came out same day(the Saturday before Xmas), fixed clog quickly, explained issue. I thought price reasonable. Answered phone, no mess, and professional. A different drain company recommended Doc Drain because I was not in their service area. We usually DIY but this time wasn't in the cards. Worth it.

We had an interesting experience with this company. We needed a bathroom sink drain cleared, and called our plumber. He was unable to clear it, and even got his snake caught for over an hour. We contacted Doc Drain at the plumber’s suggestion. They came and tried to clear the galvanized pipe, and in the failing process, left their snake jammed into the pipe. They gave up. Gave me a bill in excess of $500, BLAMING ME for having galvanized pipe and breaking their snake. So we were worse off than before they came and out $$. And the boss said he will never come back! Recently bought a house, and my drain for my shower was badly clogged. I called Doc Drains up and someone actually picked up! and they had availability for the next day. I called a few others around the area and no one called me back (god forbid I actually had a huge problem). The guys came, they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I had a problem with my sink. My husband tried fixing it for 2 weekends. Nothing. Called a plumber who gave up after 10 minutes. Called this company and they sent mike over. Mike called and told me he was running late and called me when he was leaving the last job to come to me. He took time and spoke with my husband and figured out what was wrong. Viola fixed! It was the start of Memorial Day weekend and suddenly the septic system was not working. Of course we had a house full of guests and we were going to have to tell everyone to go home. Our usual septic tank people couldn't come out and pump the tank but recommended we call Doc Drain. They came (at holiday rates), found the tank and input baffle and cleared the problem. We've been here with a happy holiday crew ever since.

Doc Drain was Great. Andrew was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing, He even cleaned up. Then Andrew help me get a Septic man . Powell Septic who was just as nice . All this happen after 6pm and wasn't complete till 9:45pm. I wil be telling others about Andrew and Powell Septic. Thank you both.

I will ALWAYS be calling Doc Drain for my sewer back up needs. Not that I want to need that, but if you're a homeowner, you WILL need these services eventually...

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. I tried to plunge it and then snake it myself but was not able to get the water to drain. I called DOC Drain late in the evening and we arranged a convenient time the next day. Andrew was there on time and was able to fix our problem quickly, with no mess. I would highly recommend him for any drain clearing problems.

2 months later and no issues whatsoever. I'd refer Doc Adrain to anyone.

We found the master bath and sink drains on the second story of our 2 story 28 year old house clogged. Being fairly handy and having a 10 foot snake, I attempted to clear the clog but was unsuccessful. We heard about Doc Drain from our neighbor. Doc Drain's Andrew arrived in less than a half hour after our call and this a Sunday.To his and our surprise the clog was further along than his longest cleanout tool. He said he'd be back in a few minutes. Within 15 minutes he returned and promptly cleared the clog. His fee was fair considering the advanced tools he utilized and the expertise
