I used to operate my own business just up the street from "The Yard". His prices were very reasonable. I found him to be very dependable and honest. Now in retirement, I went to a garden supply business right next door to my old house a couple of years ago to buy a small container of loam to deal with an issue, and after measuring the container -was told they wanted $150. That's about what a small dump truck full of loam would have cost at The Yard. I took my container to the yard, and he would not even take any money for it.
