In June there was a basement flood. As I never had experience with such an incident I needed guidance in necessary steps on the complicated project. After many people appeared to work, I needed communication . Donna Robbins provided that with an outline of steps, questions answered, along with my responsibilities. I highly recommend Sante, especially Donna Robbins. She is their estimator/project manager and our 'go between' for negotiating with our stingy insurance company. Using her extensive experience and knowledge, she was able to more than double the amount our insurance company was going to pay us to restore our flooded basement. The job came out beautiful! My kitchen floor had to be torn up when we had a pipe burst under the floor. Sante Builders was more than equipped for the job and I’m so happy I called them! I trusted them inside my house, and my grandmother who was home the whole time during repairs liked them too. I will be calling them again if ever needed.

I dont usually write reviews because most of the time I thought they were useless but this company was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!. This company should not be in business. I had to fire Sante after the first day They removed items from my home without my permission and would not compensate me for the items taken. Then, stole the insurance company check deposited it into their account without my signature. When the insurance company finally got the money back from them, they had with held funds for work they did not perform then refused to explain their cost or submit paperwork for review. The project
