J. Bradley not only achieved, but FAR exceeded our expectations for our new pool. From the first meeting to the last, they were responsive, attentive and patient with our requests and questions. Joe and his team came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint!
Cory did a phenomenal job designing our dream pool, as well as explaining the process thoroughly and setting up a reasonable time frame for the project completion.
Mike and Colby were great project managers and were very thorough, on top of next steps, and easy to reach if needed.
Each individual crew was amazing! The level of craftsmanship was unbelievable and they made the process as painless as possible by keeping the yard clean and tidy.
James did a great job teaching us about the pool and making sure all equipment worked properly for the start up.
We feel like our backyard was transformed into a resort. We are so appreciative to everyone involved for their hard work, attention to detail and great customer service.

This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I (we) have ever received. It started with the salesperson - Cory - who possesses the number one skill for a business development professional - he is an outstanding listener. Hence, he was able to transform our vision for the pool into an even better reality. Added a * because we're done and happy with the final results. It took an exhausting 6 months to complete the project, but they did end up fixing every mistake and owned up to their shortcomings and "growing pains".

Not sure if this review will go through but here we go. We are in week 17 of what was promised as a 8-10 weeks custom pool construction. Joe has barely communicated with us after the first month and all promises fell short after the first month. They ruined my drainage and irrigation on both sides of my house, promised to fix them, and

Joe was patient with us during the design phase, unlike other pool builders we had met with.
The end result was the pool we dreamed of at a price that made sense for us. Joe was alway on the spot during construction in case some issue needed to be resolved.
My son is in the pool almost every day for 2-4 hours and his swimming has improved greatly.
I also happen to enjoy our new outdoor kitchen with the awesome Bull BBQ Grill! Thanks, Joe!

We had a good experience with J.Bradley and would not hesitate to recommend them to other prospective clients. His company is well respected in the industry and it's apparent in the demand for his services.
