I have been using Flag for many years to clean my carpets and tile floors, and have always had a good experience. This time they really outdid themselves. I had to cancel my appointment for carpet & floor cleaning because I had a family emergency. Then I was about to cancel the next appointment, as my emergency problems continued, but they wanted to do everything possible to accommodate me. They expressed sorrow over my loss, they worked out the timing outside of the usual time, they kept offering to help me out in any way possible.

Dealing with a flood in your home is a very stressful time. I reached out to Flag Enterprises and spoke with a gentleman named Gary. He was so kind and reassuring that Flag Ent. would be able to help us get rid of the mold in our home. Gary informed me of the procedure and how much it would cost. Throughout the entire process, he was there to assist me with all of my questions and concerns. When Tom, Lou, and the rest of the men came, they worked diligently to remove the mold from our entire basement. They were kind, hardworking and trustful. I am very thankful to all involved!

Gary was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and with a warm sense of humor. He took a lot of the guesswork out of what needed to be done for my brother's bathroom and answered so many of my questions. Although we actually didn't end up using Flag's services because of other circumstances around this particular job, I was especially grateful to Gary for the conversation and work leading up to that point. He was compassionate and kind on top of everything else you've read about this company. They are true to their word. I recommend them enthusiastically.

My experience with Flag Enterprises was a wonderful one. I am very thankful to have found a company with such a prompt response time. I work with tenants within shopping centers and Gary and his team made the coordination and completion of the work a breeze. With my husband home, terminally ill on a ventilator, the last thing I needed was a flood in our basement spreading mold in the air. Tommy and Gary reached out within minutes of me starting our claim with the insurance co. They were in my basement a half hour from that. Throughout the cleanup and the following days (we had a second flood, and then they had to return to check moisture levels) they were kind, efficient, informative, respectful and professional - the perfect support team dealing with such a crummy start to the New Year. I have used flag twice for floods ( many years apart) in my basement. Both times, their very prompt response and ongoing follow-up was exceptional and helpful. Made an appointment 10 days ago to have them come clean my offices and had my people spend the last 2 hours on Friday vacuum and move all necessary furniture to prepare only to get a call this morning while I was waiting for them to get here that they had a bigger job to go to and couldn't keep my appointment. Great way to run a business. If I would have used a chain like Stanley Steamer it would be done but I try to give the smaller independent companies the business. This is how I get rewarded. People like this make it hard to do that.
