We had a slab leak that caused extensive water damage in our home. The plumber recommended we call Maven Construction to begin water mitigation. They arrived immediately. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and kept the areas of work as clean and orderly as possible. We expressed angst about the number of people that needed to come into the house to complete work as we had concerns about the spread of COVID. Leith Finnegan and his team Kyle, A.C. & John are rock stars! I had a water leak into the walls of my bathroom and they fixed the problem and restored my bathroom to perfection. I was most impressed with how clean they were during the demolition and construction. They took steps to ensure dust did not travel throughout the house and kept the carpets clean. The team is extremely professional and the best complement I think they can receive is that my wife said she felt perfectly safe with them in our home and our protective family dog enjoyed seeing them daily throughout the restoration process

They are REALLY EXPENSIVE ~ for this much $$$ I expect much better quality work. And for how long it took, MAN it REALLY should have been better! Will not use again and certainly will not recommend to anyone else. Best thing you can do is grab your money and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN....just sayin.

Maven Construction came recommend by a good friend & was incredibly helpful during a stressful process of dealing with a major water leak in our home. Kyle came out & diagnosed our problem-He got to work immediately--contacting all necessary companies & the insurance company who gave us hell but Maven’s team took care of that. Cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with our project manager Kyle Martin and the rest of the Maven team after a sink pipe break and subsequent flooding in our kitchen. Although the dry-out and repair process took about 2 months to complete, Kyle kept us informed every step of the way and went over and above to promptly address every one of our major and minor concerns/questions. He truly was a concerned and competent professional in every way and both he and Leith did an amazing job coordinating with us, numerous sub-contractors, and our insurance company.
