Teak Techs is a full service provider when it comes to marine carpentry. We are based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida providing services throughout south Florida from the Palm Beaches to Miami. Our expertise is comprised of many years of know how. We have the experience and accommodations to provide custom design and marine carpentry services on vessels of all sizes.
When it comes to marine carpentry we provide a reliable service working around the clock to deliver on time results for our clients. We understand the demands of the marine industry and strive to offer a service second to none. Our team of guys are professional and experienced in their craft and have completed a vast amount of marine carpentry projects on interiors and exteriors of many different luxury yachts from all locations of the world.
Deck sanding is a fragile and sensitive aspect of marine carpentry. Proper sanding results in a glowing look, while poor sanding can wreak havoc on your expensive teak deck. Finishing and refinishing wood should only be done by an experienced carpenter, with proper knowledge of the varying needs of different woods and decks.
Teak Deck Caulking is extremely critical to the preservation of your decks. Over time the caulk seams experience a lot of wear from baking in the sun as well as frequent cleanings. You'll notice the seams will start coming away from the teak allowing water to intrude beneath the deck which over time will rot your sub deck creating soft spots.
