Honest and reliable service. Never had issues like reported here, it seems the only way they can get a 1 star review is from people that don't want to pay their bills. Joe and his team are the best in the area, and well known in the region.

I use to have services with you (due to moving), had my parents cancel with Penn Waste because they hands down have been and are the worst and take on with you guys! From the start everything was a pleasant experience. Joseph responded quickly. And was able to make it out to my home to pick up some trash from my shed within hours.
The price was extremely fair!! I was quoted from another company the same day for 4× the price he qouted me. I almost didn't trust it. But I'm so glad I did!! If you need anything this company offers go with them!

It's kind of hard to talk about customer service and not talk about Handy Dandy Dumpster, this guy is impeccable. Great communication & pricing.. I believe the guys name was Joe that delivered my dumpster, 90% sure I am terrible with names.. this gentleman was not only good looking but one of the most kind & genuine people I have ever met. If you ever need a dumpster, this is your guy.

Joe was very easy to work with: polite, professional, prompt. He kept in close communications with me in regards to delivery and set up. Helped identify the best place to leave the dumpster for our needs. Spent quite some time helping me figure out what size dumpster we needed for our crazy ideas and was SO patient answering my (admittedly) dumb questions! Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because he just dropped it off yesterday and I don't know how pick up/removal will be in a month - but if set up and drop off is a sign, I'm sure it'll be great! He even recommended ways
