One portion of our pergola was not operating. Although it took a few calls into their service department to get their repair person, Sean, he was excellent. He called to schedule, was on time, put the effort in to determine exactly where the problem lay and worked til he had it in shape. Turned out some wildlife had actually exacerbated the operation as they had chewed through the low voltage wire that operated that portion of the pergola.
The pergola and shade we had installed has given us maximum use of our deck. We are so glad we added this improvement to our house.

Needed a new cover for our large deck awning. Sales person came, we chose the fabric, and placed the order. The installers came to install the new cover and when they tried to use the motorized control, the motor seized. They said motors on the older awnings can't handle the stress of pushing it beyond the limits (to get the end wrapped). He said the sales guys should let people know this is a problem. He said we need a new motor ($1000.00) and it should be in by the following week. We never heard anything the next week or the one after that. We called and they said someone dropped the ball and

Multiple problems with this company's service and product. Wasted a day off as the installers showed up an hour late only to cancel as they said it would be dark soon. I called twice to complain to management and never received a call back from the manager either time. Then they installed the awning without providing the rod to manually roll out and retract it (they said it was on backorder). Of course, very soon after, the motor stopped working after the electrician installed it and without the rod, there was no way to use the awning. Then they never showed up to drop off the rod when it was available

A retractable awning from Majestic Awning is the way to go! The addition of an awning over our patio turned a previously useless area (due to full sun coverage) into an additional room for my family to enjoy! We were able to select a fabric that coordinates perfectly with our house and patio furniture, really making the awning not only functional, but decorative as well. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to add an awning to your home (or business!). At our consultation they had great ideas with style/colors to compliment our backyard. Installation was smooth and easy as well! We've had this installed for some time now and we couldn't love it more! Gives us the added shade we need with just a click of a button. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Had 2 large Awnings installed last year both awnings had to be reinstalled because the 2nd team in said they were installed incorrectly and I was complaining about the loud noise one Awning would make
While operating.the 2nd awning operates quietly with no issues. After numerous visits from there staff the issue was never corrected. I spoke to the owner who told me he would come out to address this issue after his wife's Cattaract Surgery yet I still haven't heard from him 1-1/2 years later. I spent over $12,000 on two awnings and it wasn't enough for this Company to follow up

Michael from Magestic awnings handled everything in a timely manner...from the estimate to the removal and the time frame of when the new awnings would be installed. He always retuned my calls promptly and we were very pleased with the finished product. After pricing around we found them to be the best and most courteous. Within a month all was completed and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Home Advisor for the recomendation.
