HVAC systems are important for keeping you and your family healthy and safe. According to the EPA, the average person spends roughly 90% of their time indoors. It's also important to consider indoor pollutants can be 2 to 5 times more concentrated than when outside. When an HVAC system isn't properly maintained, it becomes less efficient at circulating the air around your home, resulting in a buildup of toxins and impurities.
Air vents aren't just used for maintaining a comfortable environment, they're also a primary component of clothes dryers. Over time, lint and other particles from clothing clogs the vent which leads to your dryer, leading to issues which are either inconvenient or even potentially dangerous. After thousands, or even hundreds, of cycles, doing some dryer vent maintenance is an absolute must.
HVAC Duct Sanitizing: Antimicrobial chemical applied to kill airborne contaminants and bacteria and reduce chances of re-contamination. Air Filter Replacement: Scheduled air filter replacement every one or three months depending on your homes needs. Includes return and grate dusting. All clothing dryers have ducting that attaches to the back of the dryer and leads out of the home/building. This acts like an "exhaust pipe" for the heat your dryer creates. Dryer vents accumulate highly flammable lint, and failure to clean out lint is the leading cause of dryer failures and dryer fires.

Jeremy provided an appointment window, and texted when he was in route. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient, took the time to explain the process to me. Has obvious pride in his work, cleaned the area prior to leaving and reinstalled the dryer vent and moved the dryer back in place. A charming personality and excellent work ethic. Jeremy with Hot Fuzz was polite, efficient, and was effective. Called on Thursday, appointment was made for the next day. Arrived at the time he said he would be here and was finished within an hour of arriving. Definitely had build up and will definitely be using this company in the future for duct cleaning!

I called to inquire about prices on Friday at 3:51 pm.. Talked to Jeremy and he gave what I felt was a very FAIR price..
I set an appointment between the hours of 12pm to 2pm on Sunday... at 11:58 am he was ringing my doorbell.. talk about promptness!!!! As someone who values her time, l love that!
