1st Impressions is leading the industry in a new direction by putting an emphasis on customer service and offering the customer the option of installing our products themselves or letting our professionals provide a quality installation at an affordable price. We also take pride in the fact that we can obtain or custom design any door or wood trim that a customer is looking for.
In this remodel project we replaced hollow core doors with cherry doors and custom cherry trim. The baseboard was changed from a plain 1x4 to a custom-made, tall three piece base. The doors were trimmed with plinth blocks at the base and a three piece custom header at the top. The windows were changed from a sheetrock border to cherry trim.
The Lucky 4 Ranch was a new construction project in North Idaho completed by Basso Construction. Re-claimed lumber was used for many of the architectural features of the house. We supplied all of the doors, interior wood trim, and door hardware for the project. The doors and trim in the main part of the house were custom-made locally using knotty alder milled with a re-sawn technique to give it a very rustic texture.
For this new construction project we supplied locally made custom knotty alder trim and knotty alder doors. All wood work was stained to match the kitchen cabinets. The oil rubbed bronze hardware and closet shelving accessories that were supplied came from Philadelphia Hardware. Ezset "Royal" levers were used on the doors and "Avaon" towel bars, tp holders, and robe hooks were used in the bathroom.
