I have cleaned slate roofs for over 10 years and our process leaves a your slate roof clean and undamaged. We never walk on your slate roof. Using booms or staging with stablizer equipped ladders, we safely access your roof from peek to base. Cleaning your slate roof will remove the algae, mold and lichens leaving a beautifully restored look.

I much appreciated the gutter cleaning in the very brief warm up last weekend! My usual cleaning service apparently took on too much work, or something. My gutters are tied into a French drain and I need them clean to avoid basement water issues so I was glad you firm could help in the last possible moment.

I gotta say completely disappointed I checked my gutters after they left just to find leafs and muck still in there not to mention they stained my siding front and back along with my walk way very rude workers..... do your self a favor and save your money and the headache find anyone else but them hope this helps you

Editing to upgrade to 5 stars due to fantastic customer service. Office staff responded to my concerns promptly and sent a crew to rectify the problem. The crew showed up exactly when promised and was helpful and apologetic. Full resolution of my issues and can happily recommend Rob Polo.

Best power wash of house and deck!! Looks brand new! The 2 man crew did an amazing job. There was a lot of green mold on the back house where it's shaded and dirt on the composite deck, after a very wet fall, winter and spring. They spent 3 hours cleaning and the house and deck are spotless! I have used Rob Polo's services in the past for gutter cleaning as well and they are very responsive and reasonably priced!

This is the second year Rob's Gutter Cleaning has done my gutters. The crew this year, Santana, Zach and Chazz , showed up when I scheduled, quickly got the gutters done, and since our final yard clean up had been done by then (bad planning on my part), removed the leaves etc and left every thing pristine! Great job!

Rob and his team are very nice, but I am a little disappointed. I wanted to balance having my leaves cleaned up for fall cleanup and the gutters being cleaned (obviously you would want to do the gutters first so the leaf service would clean it all up once on the ground). I was scheduled for the first week of December with Rob and they pushed the date back a few times. I called showing my concerns for doing the gutters before the leaves in my yard, and was told the lawn would be left the way they found it. Apparently that means only for leaves, not any debris (dirty that they removed from the gutters

Sebastian, Juan and Chazz from Rob Polo came earlier in the week and did a great job. They are thorough, do a great job and clean up after themselves. And I love the business model of them coming every year, placing a sign on your lawn to indicate they will be coming in a few weeks; its one less thing i have to plan and schedule. We have been using them for years and will continue to do so!

You have to put down one star to review. I would have put down none. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. One of their workers spilled gas on my driveway and left a very large stain. The owner denied using gas of any kind at their site. He also said his workers denied using any at all. Leaf blowers need gas and my contractor who was working at my home saw the spill. The owner tried to blame it in on my contractor. Needless to say, the worker came out and left a note saying he cleaned it. Stain is still there and email to owner was not returned. This is not how you treat customers you

We received gutter cleaning services from Rob through a promotion they ran for Veteran's Day. My husband and I were very pleased with the communication and service we received. Any company that supports military families is a win for us. To top it off, our gutters are clean and the yard is as well. Our only disappointment was that we were not to home to meet Rob and his team when they came!

Here's what I most appreciated about this company...they actually contacted me the day I sent them an email. Rob emailed me back within the hour and said he'd set up my gutter cleaning within the next 7 days. They showed up on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and were done with my gutters in under 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves too. I will surely hire them in the future.

Do not use this company for gutter repair. Rob sent an incompetent crew to re-attach a section of gutter 3 stories up on the back of my home. On their initial visit, they took only about 15 minutes, did not use a ladder and anchored the gutter at the far end with one aluminum nail that they hammered into an S-shape. I informed Mr. Polo about the situation and told him I had no confidence in the repair. He agreed to send them back. The day they returned unannounced, I found them working on a 40 foot ladder above a window about 12 feet from the end of the gutter at the point where it had separated

Very disappointed with this service. 3 months after his "gutter cleaning" my downspout is clogged. He cleaned my gutters in January and they are clogged in April. No leaves on the trees during this time. He told me if I wanted it cleaned again I would have to pay the full price since "too much time has passed". This guy only cares about making money and not your house or providing you a good service. I'd recommend a company that stands behind their work, not this guy.

We have lived in our two-story colonial for over 20 years. Rob's Gutter was a new company for us that we thought we would try for our annual power washing needs. This is the first time I've ever seen anyone power wash a house from the bottom first working their way to the top. The result left a lot of debris and stains from the material that was removed at the top of the house on the bottom half that was done first.
