We made a recent purchase at Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota. The entire process was made seamless as we worked with Travis Grazier throughout our vehicle selection. He was kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire experience. The dealership itself was professional from the beginning to the end especially closing with Spencer and the warranty explanation process!! Yesterday, 10.20.2021 the fine folks at Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota made getting new tires on my car a BREEZE!! Sally picked up my car in Webster City and left me a loaner, (which was very clean). A few hours later she returned with my car and it drives like a dream! I paid over the phone. The dealership took care of everything so I didnt have to take time off of work!! Thank you Sally, Pierson, Nicole, Ryan and Nancy for a job well done!! 5 stars all the way around!

I am normally not a "write a review" kind of guy, but I had to break tradition on this one. Decided last week I needed a truck so I called Fort Dodge Ford. 'Yea come on in and see us!!" was the reply I got when I talked to Nick. Initially I wanted to possibly get into a new Maverick, but after seeing this beauty, I was sold. So I give Nick some info over the phone, tell him I can't come in till Saturday and pick it up, and that was all it took. One year review. I bought a used 2010 Toyota one year ago and have only had to pay for oil changes. I was very happy with how much I paid for the car and did not have to fight for a good deal. All of the employees were extremely nice and put no pressure on buying anything. If you're thinking of buying check them out for a quality vehicle and a fair price.

Listen, if you are in the market and looking for the best deal in the entire US (trust me I searched for months), the best customer service and best financing rates (literally, they beat the best rate I could find by a decent margin) save yourself the time and energy and head to Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota. Sound to good to be true? That’s how great of a job they do, truthfully. The owner came up and introduced himself, ensured we had everything we needed and thanked us.
