Had three windows replaced and wood work done on three panes of our bay window in October 2018. Gave us a three year warranty. After a year one window was fogging and had water condensation on the window. Called them out and was told it was because of the heating vent below the window. Tried calling and emailing them all of last year with no response. Now another window is doing the same thing. Is this company still in business? Still have a warranty till October 2021. If company is still in business they do not honor their warranty!!!

Wow I’m very surprised with the speed of work done , from a phone call to finish was about 3 full days !!! We needed about 10 windows changed and wood windows repair just repaired them for about a 3 of the cost of the new ones!!! Very fast , they look like new and we saved a lot of money !!! I was shopping around getting estimates for installing 5 windows for my remodeling project.
