Company did a large job on a neighbor of a customer of mine and completely changed the grading of the property to which the result made my customers property a swamp and underwater. You installed ONE surface drain on the installed patio but didn't install any where the fence-lines meet which is resulting in nothing but standing water and drowned grass. My customer, and YOUR customer reached out and calmly told you of the issue to which all you did was dig a trench in MY customers yard in hopes it would drain the abundance of water pooling, amateur at best. I then contacted you (without a callback

Since I have been using Kingreen Services for my weed control and fertilization, my yard looks much better than it did with my past company. Kingreen was recommended by a neighbor and I called for them to treat my dying Indian Hawthorne shrubs in 2019. They sent out a technician to evaluate and then we set a treatment plan and dates. The results were great! My shrubs not only survived, but are now thriving. They bloomed beautifully this spring. The company is very professional, their work is with care and they are priced fairly.

Communication should be the pinnacle of a good business. Maybe Covid has kept them from otherwise being responsive, but it's the experience I got. A 4-5 day job took over 2 months to finish (once they started). I was told conflicting information about soil testing. At first I was told the soil test would take a week or so to get results from a lab. I had to call after 3 weeks to find out what was taking so long. Didn't get a response for almost another week. When I did get a response, they said they do the soil tests in house and had the results the very next day. I had to ask to see the results

I called them once for a quote, and they discussed a very in-depth subscription service that I would need to sign up for. I asked them to email me the details so I could read over them and decide. I asked several other companies for quotes and service plan information at the same time. Kingreen emailed me the information, along with a contract, which I didn't sign or send back to them, since I hired another company to complete the service.
A week or so later, Kingreen came out and mowed my front lawn. Randomly.
