Not very reliable.
Called 7/3 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14 between 8 and 12 as this was my second home and is 100 miles away. I received an email with no content and called to inquire. They said sorry about that but confirmed the appointment.
On 7/14 I drove 2 hours to be here for septic pumping and after they failed to show by 12:30pm, I called and they said they did not have anything on their schedule and couldn't come until the following day.
I called Prime Plumbing and they will be here between 2 and 5. Should have used Prime Plumbing to begin with.

Danny showed up on time. We needed an inspection and clean out. After finding the access point he got to work and was done very quickly. I have the report I need to move forward on other projects.
In the process of searching for a provider I had trouble getting a response when I called. He answered when I called, gave me a great estimate, came out the next day and performed the work.
I would be happy to endorse his service any time.

It's obvious the 5 stars were only submitted to combat the 1 star ratings they deserve. I've had other friends that called them and got the same run around and rude behaviour. They never completed the work. They told me stories about their abilities and how great they were compared to others. They couldn't get here on time. They are extremely rude. Asking any questions only had them yelling at me and eventually telling me to come to the office for physical violence. I paid for incomplete work and a bad attitude. Friends have let me know they like doing the job when no one is there. This way they

The people from Lake County Septic came on time, to get to the tank they had to cut roots to lift the septic tank lid the did an excellent job I asked some questions and Dan answered them professionally. I can only recommend that company highly for it. I will definitely use them again should the time come up.

They charged me $175 for digging a hole. When Prime Septic came out they told me it had been awhile since this tank was serviced. Lake county septic had been here three weeks earlier. The person that answers the phone is rude and won't let you explain what you're looking to have done. I'm out nearly $200 and three weeks behind in getting this system working properly. Then when you call to get resolution, they don't call back. The longer I have to wait, the more frustrated I get. I'd give no stars if I could.
