These folks are absolutely amazing. Everyone from the owner down to the installers. They have been more for wonderful. They do everything they can to make sure the process was smooth and easy. Very knowledgeable and professional. We couldn’t have found a better place to go through. So thankful of the job they did on our in ground. They have a very clean, well organized showroom compared to other local pool stores in town. They are very helpful in diagnosing your pool problem and needs as well as offering FREE water testing support!

Everyone is so helpful and they know their stuff! Went in today to get my above ground pool water ready for my kids and me to go swimming. They have everything you need and take their time to ensure you know exactly what you're doing when you get home. I got home and had a few questions. I called and was able to walk through the directions in more detail with Melissa. This is my go to place for everything pool related!!

Our pool is great, had a problem with the liner from the manufacturer and Roger and his team didn’t try to hide it—they ordered a new one and it was here within the week. Very happy with our end result

It is very sad when you choose to spend money with a local company for a hot tub and they don’t stand behind their products to service them. I have been on the wait list for at least one month for a service call. (According to them, pool construction is so busy they only work in service calls when they can.) I finally got a call today, and the guy did not even know it was a service call. He wanted to order me whole new pump without even coming out to look at what the problem is.
It is very poor customer service when you purchase something from a company, and they do not have anyone to service

Highly recommend for all your pool and spa needs. We love our new pool and they continue to offer great support.
