Terrible customer service attitude. I schedule an afternoon delivery of a dumpster to my driveway, but they deliver it before noon when my neighbor's cars are still on our shared driveway. They end up leaving it on the street, which meant I had to scramble to get a $50 permit to have a dumpster on the no parking-side of the street. They charge me additional $100 to move it the next day. After my contractor finishes the demolition job, I call to have the dumpster picked up.
