Jen is in the field way more than she's in the office. She also holds a license as a NYS Commercial Pesticide Applicator/Category 3A, as well as being a member of the International Society of Arboriculture and a NYS Chapter Member. She's hardworking and not afraid to get dirty, so it's a sure bet you'll meet Jen during one or more phases of your project.

We know as well as anyone that it isn't always easy to say goodbye to a tree, which is why we offer an array of services aimed at helping you keep your favorite trees. Whether it be proper nutrients or simply trimming excess branches, our aim is to do whatever we can to ensure your trees will be around for many years to come.
We offer Spring and Fall cleaning services that cover many different areas. Let us touch up your landscape from the damage of Winter or remove sticks and leaves left over from Fall. If you have an area that needs to be mulched or an existing area that needs re-mulching we have the skills and resources to help you.
A 2-3 year fertilization program is recommend to aid in establishing your new plantings. After trees and shrubs are established fertilization may be used to improve growth rate and plant vigor. After construction fertilization can help to limit plant stress from soil compaction and excavation activities.
The first part of solving your pest problem is determining the exact nature of the problem. We will take the necessary steps to accurately identify the pest or pests that may be causing damage and then come up with a suitable plan to remove them from your property. When treatments are needed we can use organic and naturally based materials and reduced-risk products for insect and disease control.
We know that it can be very sad to lose a tree. Often times, however, the removal of a tree is unavoidable. For these instances, we offer specialized hardwood lumber milling. We can turn something from your favorite backyard shade tree into a keepsake for you to cherish even more. It was with some trepidation that we realised we needed to bring in professionals to deal with the trees and hedging which have grown in our garden. Over a period of 30 years our property has developed from a treeless agricultural area into a family garden within a rural environment with many mature trees – some more than 60 feet high.
