Travis and Garrett showed up EXACTLY on time and did an AMAZING job on our carpets. We had our Master Bedroom, Sitting area, set of stairs and landings, family room, living room, and basement done. Truly amazing service by the folks at Heartland Steam Cleaning. From the initial schedule to the end of the service, my wife and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of our interaction. They were punctual (even called to let us know they could come an hour early), courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. Both Matthew and Garrett displayed stellar customer service and diligence in turning our carpet almost brand new again. Even on the follow-up visit they wasted no time in addressing some of the resurfaced stains. They are fantastic and I will only be using their services in the future.

I've used several known-name and local carpet cleaners over the years, but Heartland is my go-to! These guys are always super courteois, put down floor and corner protection, will actually move/foam block light furniture and do an overall great job. Their pricing won't be the lowest but it's straight forward per-area and no-hassle. Thanks Heartland!
