I was talking to seven siding replacement companies before I’ve decided to work with UBrothers Construction. I was impressed with their reasonable price, exceptional knowledge on a subject and job schedule terms. Project was done 100% according to the contract and all big and all small but very important issues were addressed properly and quickly. Oles and Ramon installed 15 new windows for us in a house built in 1860, which is not easy considering the window frames in this old of a home are not exactly straight. They took great care to make sure the outside framing was done right and pointed out a couple manufacturer errors like incorrect hardware and tears in screens I would have never noticed but are now being replaced by Pella. They cleaned up each evening and cleared away all the old windows with no trash left behind which I appreciated. They worked through the holidays to get the job done. UBrothers replaced our siding and gutters. They did a meticulous job from start to end and we couldn't be happier with the result. They listened to everything we wanted to do and they did everything to make it happen. It is not easy to find a good trustworthy contractor these days to do such a massive amount of work without any problems, but Andrii, Luis and the rest of the team did exactly that. They are true professionals, respectful of the property and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. We would not hesitate a second to hire them again. Highly recommend!

The crew was very courteous and professional from the start. There was excellent communication between UBrothers and us.
Upon completion of the project the clean up was quite thorough.

We contacted several companies for quotes to redo the exterior on our house. I was most impressed by Andrii's knowledge and willingness to go over all the different options during an initial consultation phone call. I asked a lot of questions, pros and cons of all the options, and got lots of help to decide what was the best product within our budget. After consulting and receiving quotes from several reputable contractors we decided to go with UBrothers for a major siding and window project.
It was indeed the right decision. Andrii came out several times to consult on the project which was a complete tear off of vinyl siding from the 80’s along the original underlying wood siding from 60’s.
The new siding is all Hardie Plank in Country Lane Red which is extremely solid.
In addition we replaced two large casement windows on the back of the house in the dining room and kitchen. I opted for 400 series wood and aluminum for durability and

Andrii and his team at UBrothers were fast, responsive, efficient, and the end result looks amazing. They re-sided our house in James Hardie fiber-cement board, installed new commercial grade gutters, and three new doors. Also took on a good amount of PVC trim work. Andrii fitted us into a very tight schedule before the summer-time rush, and completed it in a couple of weeks. The crews always arrived on-time and worked diligently throughout the day. Would definitely use again, for whatever siding, door, window, and gutter needs we may have in the future.
