Nestled in the beautiful forest of Locket Springs this cabin is a retreat that received a custom update by our master carpenter. A hand-crafted dutch front door, a new mantel, an added laundry room/mudroom, and an awesome bunk room with built-ins. All of the exterior siding and wood mantel was sourced from local Ponderosa pine and milled at our local saw mill.
Formerly know as The Wine Loft, Flg Terrior sits atop downtown Flagstaff over looking San Francisco St. Locals love to taste the current selection while playing board games with friends. Their menu is delightful offering unique plates, small savory meals, and our favorite, homemade ice cream and sorbets.

I reached out Reitz Builders to provide a residential remodel cost estimate when my wife and I were considering the purchase of a "fixer upper". Jay, the owner, was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. But most importantly, he was honest and straight forward. He provided the kind of honest feedback that we needed. This ultimately led to our decision not to purchase the house, and I am grateful to Jay for his role in helping us come to the right decision. I will definitely call Reitz Builders in the future, if we have any remodeling needs.

Jay with Reitz Builders is by far the most qualified builder / contractor I know. Used to be a BM in NYC, I flew Jay back to NYC to do a job. I knew I could count on him to not only complete the project but do it to my exacting standards. No questions asked. I would (will) hire him again. His level of craftsmanship and quality you get by far surpasses any I have seen.
