We service clients in all areas of Hampton Roads, from Virginia Beach to Richmond and even across the country! In all the years I have been organizing my home I never realized I actually liked it until I hired Orderly Konduct! They really know their stuff and made the whole process fun and affordable. 1. CLIENT ASSIST: Client is present and working alongside organizers to help sort and decide on items to KEEP/DONATE. This option is great for those on a flexible schedule. 2. CLIENT NON ASSIST: Client is not at home but does KEEP/DONATE homework prior to our arrival. This option is great for professionals who work full time or those who just want to come home to a magazine home!

Nina and her team were upbeat, positive, energetic, and wonderful to work with. We were able to work with speed and efficiency in my fully cluttered attic and garage, and we even finished a day early. I was at the point where I had let go emotionally of needing to keep a lot of stuff, so deciding what to throw away, keep, or donate was easy.
Nina was accommodating when we needed breaks and kept everyone on track in a professional and friendly manner.
Nina and her team helped sort, move/carry, throw away, prepare for donation, bag up, set up shelves, organize, label, and even do a bit of cleaning

Nina is one of the best communicators I have met in many years running my own business. I know how hard it is to create a product, price it for what it’s worth (not to attract customers based on low price only), and convey that value to the client before they see it. Nina has this great soft skill of being direct without being forceful, finding the best method of communication, implementing the language that the client speaks and understanding their life philosophy, and channeling all of it into a beautiful result.
I know we are talking about garage only in my case, but the woman is a magician

Nina and her team are professional, and the hardest workers I’ve ever met. They assisted our move in May and organized it to be is the absolute best! She organized our entire house to store, sell, or donate our goods when we sold the house and moved. She works tirelessly, organizes perfectly, helps in every way, and does it all with kindness and emotional support. We cant recommend her highly enough! . Highly recommend this dynamic team for any organizing needs you have. P.s. she has a great decorating eye also😊

I wanted to take a couple of weeks prior to writing my review. Emotionally, the process was very overwhelming but freeing. Every decision was a step closer for my home becoming what I wanted it to be. A place of comfort, love and peace.
Nina and her team walked us through, she wasn’t forceful. She put logic instead of emotion into our mindset which was the largest hurdle to overcome. She has taught me that objects should only be the tools in which we live an enriched life, not what produce an enriched life. Our culture puts so much emphasis to surround your self with stuff, while the reality

Nina and company just finished SAVING me.
I am new to the area. New home. New Job. NO TIME to unpack and sleeping on my couch for the last 3 weeks with a bed I could not put together, while being completely overwhelmed with the mountain of unpacking and arranging during my short periods at home.
I could not find the time to unpack and haven't had more than two days off in the last 3 weeks either. I was just about to have a melt down, when Nina came to the rescue!
She and her staff came into my home and in one day, unpacked me, arranged my home even better than I could have imagined myself. Organised

Nina and her team are helping us get our home organized one room at a time. We live in a 110 year-old house that lacks the storage solutions of newer homes. Working within our space constraints and budget Nina has worked with us to come up with creative solutions to solve the needs of this busy family of five!
