SMD Renovations has a hidden talent, actually it's no secret that we can build spaces that can protect, conceal and most of the time wow those that have the privilege to find them. SMD Renovations believes that the basement of a residence can take on a life of it's own. * Removed improperly installed crooked window, exterior door and storm doors; reframed and reinstalled level, correctly and to code
* Problem solver - when others say it can't be done, Steve thinks it out and finds the correct solution
* Installed new drywall with screws and caulk for secure, no sag longevity
* Applied tape and plaster so smooth most seams only needed very light sanding if any - very talented
* Professionally installed cabinets level with correct size screws
