After calling 10-12 plumbers for a clogged kitchen drain, one of them referred me to Ivan. He was able to get to me before the weekend, which was so very helpful! Very pleasant experience with this company. Mr. Bozhikov gave an accurate description of service and pricing over the phone. Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, answering all our questions during the process. He charged exactly as predicted. No gimmicks or hidden fees. He was professional and quite cordial. If I could give 6 stars for Smooth Operator Drain Cleaning, I would. Ivan came out, On A Sunday!!!, and fixed a clog that we had already paid another company to come fix. Wow I wish I had known about Smooth Operator Drain Cleaning earlier. Ivan's knowledge, professionalism, and equipment are 2nd to none and in less than 45 min, he had fixed our problem. I will now and forever recommend these guys anywhere near the Roanoke area. Thank you Ivan!!

Kitchen sink backed up on Friday, at approximately 12:00pm. Called Smooth Operator Drain Cleaning about 2:30pm. Gentleman answered and explained he would be able to come Saturday, at approximately 10:00am. I received a text at 10:00am stating he was in route. 10 minutes later, Smooth Operator Drain Cleaning was backing into my driveway. The gentleman took his shoes off before coming inside and surveyed the problem. After execution of problem was revealed, the gentleman returned to his truck to fetch his equipment. The gentleman made sure the work area was tidy and clean. During the entire process
