I've used these movers twice before this most recent move... never had any issues before but unfortunately I did this most recent move. My movers were an hour late, they did an okay job with the move itself, but the wrap up sheet was terrible. They added a "recommended tip" as a line item to my receipt (On top of the move price the line item tip was a 40% tip). It was deceitful but I was able to call customer service and the owner refunded me for this item on the receipt

We’ve moved from South San Francisco to Sacramento. In our bedroom on second floor we had a closet with large mirror doors, that we wanted to take with us. This mirrors didn't go through the door. Guys had to take them out through the window. They wrapped mirrors in blankets and did everything without leaving a single scratch. I don't think there's a problem they wouldn't solve. "Unbreakable movers" helped me to move 4 times some equipment and furniture for my sport school. I called a few companies and opted for these guys. I never regretted my choice. The work was not easy due to the heavy weights and sizes of the equipment but no one complained and the guys did a great job!!

Guys helped move my grandmother's stuff to the new house. There was not much furniture, but there were about 50 flower pots with plants. The furniture was transported quickly, not a single pot was broken, the plants were delivered safely. Thank you for your care and perfectly coordinated work!

We confirmed a morning move with Unbreakable Movers at least 5 times (this included emails and phone calls both immediately after booking and the day before). On the day of our move, I had to call Unbreakable after our moving window had elapsed (9-10am).
