When mom and I decided it was time for her to sell her home and move in with us, we knew what we had in mind but didn't know who to call. We wanted to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs in my nearly 100 year old cape cod, and add a 4 season sunroom on to the back of the house, connecting to moms bedroom on the main floor.

I would highly recommend using the services of Re-Design Contractors, when it comes to home remodeling or renovation. They were fair and reasonable with price in comparison to other contractors. Carl Cox and his team were very understanding of our vision when it came to remodeling our bedrooms and master bath. The work was exceptional and completed within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, Carl was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the entire process. We’ve worked with many general contractors over the past 20 years but he’s been the most dependable. Re-Design Contractors LLC were very professional and easy to work with, especially with the changing time-lines and requests of the project. Their workers were very friendly and professional, and Steve and Carl were extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process. Whenever something was not to our liking, or if something looked off or not quite what we thought, they were very quick and understanding in finding a solution and fixing the issue to our specifications. We have used Re-Design multiple times for a bathroom remodel as well as the entire downstairs of our house including the kitchen. They are professional, punctual and very reliable. I learned that I could trust them to help guide me through the whole process. The work they did was excellent and the workers they hired for specific jobs like tiling were excellent too. We loved that they created a make-shift kitchen for us to use the entire month ours was being renovated. We always had running water in our kitchen sink and a stove. Re-Design did a great job installing a beam in our house so that we could remove a bearing wall. Carl arrived exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He was meticulous in measuring and explaining how the beam would fit in the space. On the day of the job, his team arrived promptly as scheduled. The crew were friendly and respectful of my property. Measures were taken to reduce the dust from spreading through the house. Carl kept me updated throughout the day of how things were going. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up when they were finished. The beam and opened wall looks amazing

This past February (2016) we were faced with an unplanned situation which resulted in the need for the addition of an ADA compliant “apartment”. Within a matter of a week, we had lined up 5 contractors to come speak with us and present their solution for us. Out of the five, Carl was the only one to leave our meeting, perfectly visualizing and communicating his vision to us. He was the only one that was able to think outside of the box, and gave thoughtful consideration to location and impact with the existing home. Carl and his team were awesome! They did an excellent job with our new addition and updating our kitchen. My wife and I loved everything they did as well as their excellent customer service. They were worth every penny and I would definitely rehire them for any future work needed to our home. Carl's expertise and service has been outstanding. We had a major problem with our fireplace and he and his crew removed the old fireplace and completely rebuilt the outside wall of our family room and did a fabulous job. Carpentry work was great. He had to try and preserve a renovation done by my deceased father and made it look better than when my Dad did it. They fixed all my Dad's mistakes and now I can look at the family room and still remember my Dad, but with a beautiful new fireplace and a room that we can really use.
