Services
Orders are shipped either UPS ground or US Postal Service USPS, with tracking. Color Samples are mailed USPS with no tracking. Please note: Carriers may not deliver packages to apartments or condos within multi-unit buildings. Please ensure delivery acceptance details with a multi-unit building BEFORE ordering.
Due to the many variations of monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, dye lot and sheen variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
We extend the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of our products with proof of purchase. Warranty Replacement: If the product falls within the warranty period and was mis-made, is defective, or has shipping damage, we will replace or repair it at no charge, including shipping costs.
