I have now had Treepublic do two jobs for me and I couldn't be happier! The first install was solar and the second was the battery back up. Both jobs came out amazing and I am very detailed and they worked with me throughout to ensure I was pleased. I recently reached out for some assistance on an issue that was not theirs and Omar sent out Shad the same day! They let me know what the issue was they saw and even helped me patch it up. We worked with Treepublic this year to install solar. We really, really recommend them. The whole process took many months, but that was not Treepublic's fault. Instead, we had permitting issues not disclosed when we bought the house, and LADWP took forever to get everything buttoned down. Treepublic stuck with us the whole time, probably losing money on our installation given how many extra months of work were required but likely not anticipated. Treepublic was extremely available when they were courting our business, and the installation was swift and sure. However, between installation and getting the system active with SCE they were difficult to reach and not so responsive. A number of issues arose during the permit inspection and Treepublic was not good about responding to us during that time. The system has worked well for about a year, but when tech support issues arise they are reluctant to help, and hard to reach. I posted this review for their Hawthorn location already without realizing that the Bel Air location was the office I actually worked with. I'm the kind of person who researches for months and months before taking on a major project. I knew I wanted solar panels on my house but they deliberately make it beyond confusing to figure out. Renting, leasing, financing, reselling -- it's beyond confusing. Then, once you think you figure it out, you try to research different companies for bids and they have multiple websites and names, it's a total mess.

I could not recommend Omar and TreePublic more. Omar knows everything about solar, he has statistics and metrics to back it up, and is a very easy going personality which I find refreshing because he took the stress out of it. Extremely professional, he did everything expected from start to finish and if by this point you haven't scheduled a consult with him, DO IT ALREADY! This was one of the easiest no brainers to go solar, and 100% happy we chose TreePublic. Our system pays itself off in less than 5 years now, I don't worry about having lights on or running the AC. I have had the best experience with Treepublic. Right from the beginning when we were collecting quotes, Ramsey was so responsive and just ready to answer any questions that we can think of. It took us at least 6 months to decide which solar installer company to go with and Treepublic gave us the best deal for the solar panel brand we wanted.
Installation happened right in the middle of the pandemic and the entire team was so mindful of social distancing efforts. We also got the panels installed just in time before summer and it was the best decision we could ever make!

We just bought a house with an Enphase solar system. The system was giving errors, so I called Enphase. They directed me to their local installers page. I called 6 and they all said they will not touch the system because they didn’t install it. I called Enphase back and got the installer who put the system in. Called them 3 times and all 3 times the phone disconnected. I googled the company to see if I can find a different number, and what I found was a bunch of complaints on consumer affairs site complaint that the companies phones disconnect and they never respond to email. Sean and Ramsey did a great job in December 2019. Sean, explained everything thoroughly and Ramsey and Company did an excellent job and finished when they said they would originally. All the paperwork everything, was great, and they saved me quite a bit of money.
One of the things I look for on Yelp is what happens when the consumer has a problem. Well a few days later, I noticed one my outlets wasn't working after the install, which I presumed was due to the installation. They were very professional and replaced the breakers and such. This company is great, can't recommend them

From the initial phone call till now, Omar has been passionate about designing the best system for our house.
Omar's crew were very friendly, and installed the panels and redid our power panel in one day ! After the installation they coordinated very fast inspections with DWP. only after passing inspections are they allowed to redo the stucco, and even the stucco guy was super sweet, so having consistently kind crew was a great testament to the company.

Can't say enough good things about Treepublic! They were patient while we evaluated the proposal. They actually showed up, walked the roof, and sat down with me to explain everything (unlike other proposals we received by email). Treepublic is great to work with. I decided to go with solar panels on my garage roof, because my electric bill kept increasing. Everything was done on a quick timeline and the installation looks great. I have a flat roof and the install was straightforward and (hopefully) leak-free. I highly recommend Treepublic for your solar installation! It can be a very difficult process navigating all the rules and regulations, but Omar and his crew were there to help us every step of the way. I wanted to add 2 additional circuits for a spa and an EV charging station, and they helped with that too. The DWP wanted us to remove a gas line that had been there all along and Tree Public convinced them to grandfather it in. That saved us a tremendous amount of hassle!! All and all, the job was done well and the new system looks and works beautifully!! And now I feel like we're doing

Treepublic is an amazing company! I chose them out of several competitors through Energy Sage. I had also had a friend recommend them. They worked with our roof installer to complete the roof and solar seamlessly. The owner, Omar, is extremely knowledgeable, hands-on, and goes above and beyond for his customers. His team is great, as well.

Let me first start by saying I am extremely picky and a perfectionist when it comes to everything that I’m installing on my home or anyone I have hired I expect the same. Trevor and his team from TreePublic break the mold for you standard contractor. They themselves are perfectionist and the system I had installed not only is functioning amazing it looks great! Long story short, I initially found TreePublic on Yelp but then continued to do some additional online research about them.
