3 year warranty on two coat residential applications. We will have pictures of all steps of progress we have made on your job. For example if you hire us to crack fill and seal coat your driveway when we arrive we would take a before picture of your driveway. The first step would be to clean and prep the drive.
After this step is complete we will post the pictures of us doing this step of the progress. Second step would be the hot rubber crack fill. Now a lot of guys call this crack seal and will just seal over the crack or fill it up with sand or dirt before applying the hot rubber over that. We will fill the crack from bottom to top with the hot rubber.
