Getting construction materials is always a pain, and you're always wondering if service, quality and price match. Jeff was excellent. We requested a group of windows and doors that we wanted, and Jeff showed us some alternatives saving us a good 30% with no appearance variance or quality change. Great communication all the way around from sales, to delivery, to install. We shopped area, and compared, as a non contractor, homeowner, Imperial was best all around.

There should be a way to give zero stars. 1 is inaccurate. I got all new windows from imperial. They miss measured which delayed the install by 2 months. They finished the windows in July instead of May. Then after 2 weeks they sent my bill to collections. I called them to see when they were going to come fix my windows because several leaked whenever it rained and ask why they would send the bill to collections when the invoice said I had 30 days from completion to pay. Bob promised to have someone come the next day to fix them so I paid the bill even though experience says once a bad company

I recently contacted Imperial Window & Door for a garage door opener repair. The woman who answered the phone took my number and stated a technician would contact me. The following day I received a call from their rep, that I unfortunately missed by a few minutes. I promptly called back, got a voicemail & left a message for a call-back, which I did not receive. A couple days later I contacted the store & was told that their " scheduling supervisor John" would be contacting me. Several days went by with no contact, nor did anybody ever call back. Imperial Window and Door is awesome! We have had our windows and doors replaced up in Brian Head, UT over the past few years. They were great to work with and we are saving so much money on our winter heating bills with the window and door upgrades they installed! Also John one of their extremely experienced installers made sure our doors recently installed got sealed appropriately to ensure protection from the winter cold winds! I have purchased many products, for my home and business, through imperial window and door, and the experience has been good, until now. We ordered windows, for our house, five months ago. For some reason, they kept bringing us a scratched up window, for one of our rooms. So, we would not accept them. After the second time, Bob called and was basically telling me that he didn't believe me. He told me that the next window would probably be scratched up, too. So, Imperial Window sells scratched windows? Not good!
Bob was very rude and demanding to be paid for the job, eventhough it was not

We have used this company in the past and never had issues. We decided that we wanted to install a new garage door and also new basement windows. In June we went in and talked to Bryce and showed him a picture of the garage door we wanted and then told him we wanted the same brand of windows that we had previously ordered for our upstairs windows, now for our basement. We then waited 2 weeks before placing the order; we placed the order assuming the garage door listed was the one we recently had shown to Bryce. The installers arrived in July and where fantastic! Buyer beware! We had our shower door and a front door installed on two separate occasions. The first time with the shower door, one guy showed up and could not complete installation alone. He had to wait 2 hours for the other guy to show up. They ended up being here all day. On top of that, the door was installed, but part of the fixtures are crooked. The guy said it was because he tried his best to install that oart before the other guy but the glass was too heavy. Seems like a really easy fix, dont do any work til you have the appropriate amount of people to do the job.

I'd rate a zero if I could. So thought this place was good because it seemed so easy but when we got home we tried to put the screens in but they were all wrong. When we went back to talk to them about it they were SUPER defensive from the start and blamed us for measuring wrong and "putting the screens in the wrong windows" 🙄 Poor customer service!!! Im going to Jones paint and glass!

Pros: Everyone I interacted with was polite and pleasant. They were honest and upfront about the possibility of issues with a retrofit installation of a new exterior door. The actual door installation in terms of fit, alignment, and functionality is good. The shower door I also had installed looks great and functions well. Pricing was competitive.
Cons: Communication was spotty at best, and I had to contact them multiple times for coordination and updates. Both installations (exterior door, shower door) took much longer than promised. Both installations had issues with the finer/finish details

I have a broken window on my minivan and took it in yesterday to get a quote on a new window and the person who I talked to found my window when Nissan and another glass company couldn't even find it she found it and is in the process of ordering it, she also cleaned out the rest of the glass and put a temp window on. great customer service, knowledgeable. Thank you guys!!!

Will never use these guys again! We ordered a new window from Imperial window & Door, INC. They drove to Duck Creek and were following me to my cabin when they pulled over and very rudely said "we were only supposed to deliver to Duck Creek" (our cabin IS in Duck Creek) and tried to make me load it into my own truck so i explained our cabin is in Duck Creek in a subdivision. When we got there they expected me to unload it by myself and install the window all by myself. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Recommending people use a different company.

Just moved to cedar city a few months ago looking for some one to replace our back door with a doggie door they said four to 6 weeks and no customer service at all after about three weeks called to see how things are going the manager named Brice said he would called me back never did I went there to the shop few days later they said the wrong door was brought in and they didn't have time to call and told us the door that arrived wrong had been there for 2 weeks I asked why we weren't called they said they were to busy so they ordered another one arrived and was to short believe that

We are very disappointed with this place. We ordered our door 6 weeks ago and have been asking and asking for a eta on installation but keep getting the run around. When we order we were told 4 weeks to get our new door installed 6 weeks worse case scenario. No one calls you to let you know what's going on and when you do get the owners son he says they have been so busy so the small jobs get put on the back burner. I would not recommend this company for doors.

Lesson learned...
There are enough Window and Door companies that deliver on their quoted prices - I'd go elsewhere. I agreed to their initial quote. I also agreed to this companies increased second quote. Bear in mind this increase was made after I called back adjusting the dimensions of the piece of glass - a literal 1/8 of an inch.
Now one week later - the delivered price is nothing more than a typical - Screw job.
This is a small town.
I should be saying how nice it was to deal with a quaint small town glass
