We bring over 60 years of various types of construction and development experience and success to the project. Our "commercial" experience includes retail, industrial, non-profit, health-care, restaurant, and office but we also bring experience building residential homes and communities, public/government buildings, education, and non-profit facilities.
No, they are owned and operated in part by Leonard Grado; however, Palos Verdes Properties focuses on creating and developing new projects in the El Dorado County, while Grado Construction will build those projects and other commercial, public, and residential projects throughout Northern California.
The Grado Construction design team works with clients on conceptual drawings and preliminary budgets, with the ultimate result being permit-ready plan documents. Through this process, Grado Construction and their consultants work closely with local agencies as well as state and federal agencies to ensure the final designed project meets all current code requirements.
