This is THE BEST tile store in the area! We’ve remodeled quite a bit and have worked with Capco which is now Crossville Studios a lot over the years. Our most recent experience surpassed all others - we worked with the folks at the Jewel Avenue location in Denver. First off, Jennifer Kraus is an awesome and enthusiastic Designer on the showroom floor and she made it fun and easy to choose our master bath tiles! Then we worked with Melissa Melville as our Customer Service Rep to help us with our order and delivery - she was attentive and helpful all the way through! And even the guys on the fork

Updating/renovating a kitchen can be like buying a car, there are so many varieties of hard surfaces to choose from...granite, silestone, quartzite and the sticker price can be as shocking, as well.
After visiting one showroom and finding granite I thought I loved, my choice turned out to be an “exotic” variety and was cost prohibitive.
My husband and I stopped in at Crossville Studios and had a wonderful experience.
We found a similar Taj Mahal quartzite, which was much more reasonably priced.
Julie Duran was especially helpful. We so appreciated her expertise and willingness to help point

I just drove 30 minutes out of my way to their studio to find out it's by appointment only! Would have been nice to know! I called & after 15 minutes on hold & transfers I was told someone might be able to work with me after their lunch. I have worked with them on other projects but this time... no way. There was nothing on their website that communicated the appointment only. Maybe, having sales staff available for walk in's would be helpful. Damn... back to Dahl Tile. FYI you can't really shop for tile online as suggested

Good customer service, but I had a box of glass mosaic tile with 50% broken pieces. The prices are high. I bought a 10” glass cutting blade for over $100 which if you buy directly from the company that makes them, they are only $82. I tried to return it unused and they told me that there would be a 25% restocking fee, even though I could have put it back on the rack as it was right next to the cash register. As a kitchen and bath remodeled, I would have loved this company, but that was a really bad first impression with doing business with them, so I will avoid or use them as a last resort for

Great showroom and slab selection. Amanda made our selections so much easier than it might have been and she was simply wonderful to work with. She has a good eye and directed us to what we believe to be great selections. We haven't received all our tile yet but so far so good! I'll return with updates as we proceed. Thanks Amanda & Crossville.

We had a fantastic experience with Crossville Studios in Denver. Venus was incredibly helpful at our selection appointment. The studio has a tremendous selection and she listened to our vision and presented us with a number of options to meet our needs. We selected a large format tile for a kitchen backsplash, a bit unconventional, and would have had to order it much earlier. I found the tile in stock in California and worked with Briar at Crossville Studios Denver to have them purchase it and resell it to us. It was super easy thanks to this amazing team and we were able to get it shipped in time

I recently updated my kitchen and was referred to Crossville by my granite contractor, and it was a great recommendation. They have a beautiful show room with a good selection, but what I appreciated most was the design advice I received. Venus was awesome! She was incredibly helpful and gave me some great tips, and I ended up with a look that I love. She patiently answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. It couldn't have been a better experience. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think they're a little more expensive than

I worked with Julia on selecting our countertops and floor tile. I'm really glad she encouraged me to go with the bold stone wood quartzite. It was the one piece that my entire family agreed on, yet I was hesitant because it was so different from other pieces and far from a calm white that I'd initially been searching for. Now, this stone is one of our favorite choices in our remodel. The floor tile also looks amazing! And, now that they're installed they fit perfectly and I wonder why I worried!

Be forewarned if you decide to shop here. After they lost a box of tiles, delaying our shower renovation by weeks, they (Brian) promised to refund the cost which they never did after dozens of phone calls. Perhaps most concerning, one of the sales agents admitted that most boxes come off the truck with many broken tiles - which also happened to us, so check the box before you leave the shop. Better yet, shop elsewhere and save yourself a major headache.

I would give this location on E Jewell more than 5 stars if possible. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly. I didn't have an appointment but Courtney came right away and lent her expertise to find everything we needed from granite to backsplash to floor tiles. She listened to what we liked and directed us to the perfect products for our home. It was a totally positive experience.

Great selection of tile, but prices on most items are astronomically high. Further, in their own words they, "never negotiate pricing with consumers". So, if you're a contractor and have an account with them you get reasonable pricing, but everyone else gets raked over the coals. I'd recommend using them as a showroom for the tile that you like, but given that none of their tile is of their own manufacture, find it elsewhere for a deep, deep discount. In my experience, Crossville's consumer prices are 250% to 300% of what you can order the same tile for online, even

I have done business with Capco for years. The designers are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I had a sticky situation and the warehouse manager Rex and Sue in accounting were phenomenal in handling the situation professionally as well as kindly. They treated me exactly as I would want one of my clients treated. I will continue to use Capco, they have a terrific selection of tile, granite, and other products.

Just left service department with possibly the poorest experience I have had in years. As an aside, the driveway was not shoveled making getting into the parking lot difficult.
I spent over $60,000 with this place when I built my home and today I went in to get replacement caulk for a few rooms to repair. I brought in the old caulk tubes from here and the service guys tells me he does not have them. I ask if he can help me find suitable new ones and he essentially tosses a color book at me and goes about his business. I could go on but this will be the last time I step foot in this place.

I have been using Capco since 1998 because I decided to do my best to support local businesses. My experience with the employees is always positive. I recently visited their newly remodeled showroom (which looks beautiful) to select tiles for a bathroom project. After getting the help I needed from Venus, who was very knowledgable and helpful, I asked for samples. Not only did the samples arrive at the service desk very promptly, but the gentleman helping me carried them to my car for me. I was so grateful and impressed. The tile samples were heavy. We had a wonderful experience with Barb helping us pick out quartz for a counter, tile for our floor and she reminded us about grout colors too! We were in three times and Barb's suggestions and patience were wonderful. The selection and atmosphere at Capco make shopping for tile and stone easy and pleasurable.

This review is long, long overdue.
I realized the last time I was in the showroom (last month), I forgot to check in.
I was reminded of this oversight when a friend of mine mentioned they purchased their tile here recently.
This visit, I was there just to look around...dream if you will.
My master bathroom is looking a little "rough" and I needed some ideas.
Their showroom is gorgeous...almost overwhelming when you first walk in.
But take a breath and...
...ask to see the huge pieces in the back if you need a counter top.
It is a sea of Granite.
The receptionist, like on my visit before

The first thing you'll notice is the odd location, but it ends up serving this place well because there is a TON of granite slab to choose from. In order not to get lost in the mess, I would recommend setting an appointment or working directly with your contractor or fabricator. However, if you are like my GF and I, we were able to browse with ease, find a slab that we loved and walk out knowing that we made the right decision.
There is also a nice showroom to help you

I purchased quite a bit of tile from Capco recently, and can't say that I'd be in a rush to go back.
On the plus side, their showroom is gorgeous - they have several kitchen and bathroom tableaus which allow you to get some idea of how certain tiles will work together.
The customer service wasn't great. The employees frequently seemed annoyed to be there and weren't all that pleasant to deal with. Nothing like the awesome people over at Arizona Tile.

I checked out several other tile stores in the Denver area while planning for remodels to our bath and foyer and settled on Capco because of the nice showroom, attractive tiles, and good customer service. I simply can't understand the characterizations of Capco's service as "horrendous." My experience was the opposite. I visited Capco on a half-dozen occasions. The salespeople were consistently available to answer questions, helpful, and pleasant. So I'll give them the fact that they have a breathtaking showroom. I almost felt the urge to run home and change into something a little nicer when I walked in, that being said, there's where the good ends.
Their customer service was beyond horrendous. I came in on my lunch break and expected to spend maybe 30 min there just getting some ideas. I literally waited 45 min before somebody would even acknowledge my presence. Granted there were about 5 people ahead of me, they only had 1 person working the floor. I've been in the tile business for the last three years, and now that I'm retiring from it I can be honest about some of the vendors I've worked with. From a professional standpoint, Capco is very hit or miss.
The good:
Beautiful showroom
Gorgeous, unique, high quality products
Appropriate prices based on quality
Great reps for vendors like where I worked
The bad:
Horrendous customer service...even being in the field I have yet to call an order in and not be put on hold for at least 5-10 minutes. When I have a customer/client waiting this is unacceptable and no other local tile

This is a beautiful store. All the tiles are displayed either on the floor or on the walls. The showroom is big and they have a few set ups (about 3 kitchens and 4 bathrooms or so).
Then, there is a corner where you can actually look at each tile individually and spread them on a table (which has carpet on it, very nice touch, other store, you put it on granite or other tile and you're always afraid to mess something up). Anyway, there some people are ready to help out. Those people also make a list of samples you want to check out. Then you go get them and they are due back in 2 weeks
