Akers Paving, which was established in Chesapeake, Ohio, has been an owner-operated company since 1997. I contacted Akers Paving in August for a quote. They came out quickly to measure my driveway. I was told I would get a quote in 3-4 days. Many unanswered phone calls and three weeks later I received a quote. The price was reasonable so I agreed and asked the owner to put me on their schedule. He said it was looking like late September when he did anther job in the same area. September came and nothing. I contacted the owner again and he informed me it was going to be more like late October. By mid November I had heard nothing and couldn't get a hold of anyone. At this point I decided not to pursue
