The reason I went with Austin Floor pros is purely because of the reviews. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the workmanship that resulted in my renovation. There were a lot of things that went "wrong" but Brazos tried to fix most of them, not all. The scope of our renovation was: new backsplash, all new counters in kitchen and bathrooms, leveling out the pony wall, all new floors for a 2300 square feet home, and removing a wall/door into the office. We were estimated for about one week to get it all done. I had a lot of personal items lined up based on this date.

For me, the true evaluation of a company you’re dealing with is how they respond when issues occur. Brazos and Ray rate 100. We contacted Austin Floor Pros through Angie’s list. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Their quote outlined everything they planned to do. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. On the day of installation, their team was delayed a little bit from an earlier project. I think that may have had something to do with the issues we ended up having. As mentioned earlier, Brazos and Ray went out of their way to resolve the issues we had and our project turned

I worked with Austin Floor Pro's and for several projects. They first did an install to remove all the carpet and put in Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). Never heard of this stuff until a few months ago but it is so much better than hard wood if you have dogs/children. It was over 1500 sq/ft and they were in and out in a day and a half. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up, moved the furniture for us, , and the price was super competitive.

OMG. We love our new floors! The lighter color really freshens the house up. And thanks to the company's craftsmanship and the use of technology we have a seamless look around our Austin Stone Fireplace. I also love the softer feel when you walk on it -- not like hardwood floor we had before.

Could not be happier with the work Brazos and Ray did. They were super patient and responsive as our project switched from one house to another as we ended up moving after our initial meeting for a bid. Our project changed a few times throughout the process and they took it all in stride. They were very responsive and kept in constant contact with expectations for our timeline. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

I cannot recommend Austin Floor Pros enough. Not only were they diligent and professional, they were able to stick to a tight timeline to get my entire house finished. The floors look amazing and everything was done right, not rushed. They want you to be happy with the entire process and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Also, every person we worked with, from the owners down to the men who demoed the tile and installed the new floor, and even the plumber who came by to reconnect things, was extremely nice and professional.
