Absolutely terrific. Tom is very thoughtful, creative, and expert at helping you with every step of your design. The showroom is unbelievable! Each display is so beautiful, with an enormous selection and so many modern designs. His installation team was highly knowledgable and extremely attentive to detail--we were asked about our preferences every step of the way, including things I didn't even know could be preferences. The finished product (complete bathroom renovation) is amazing. This is the only place I will go for tile or flooring. A friendly, expert team and a terrific experience.

I can’t explain how grateful I am for this store and people who are running this business. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside. They have more than 50 “bathrooms” inside and huge selection of best tiles in Europe. Prices are the best. I came in to the store with my “vision”and after couple of seconds, Tom - the owner, showed me the tiles that he thought I would like and putting them in order and creating whole look” floors, walls, decor, shower”. Used them for my bathroom shower door!! I love it!! The only thing I didn't like was that I received a printout of a price for a shower door and when I went back exactly a month later they charged me $40 more. I asked the girl at the front desk if she would honor the original price and she wouldn't ask the owner. Other than that everything in the store is gorgeous !

Landed on Laterem as a referral from another store down the block. Honestly, my husband and I were skeptical because of the name (thought it would've been outside our budget :-/). However, for our remodeled master bath we wanted to finish the look with some nice doors and not the usual, so we went with them and glad we did. Nathalia was warm as she showed us around their beautiful showroom. We told them we need the doors asap and they fulfilled.
