Needed to repair dryer that was running but not heating up. I insisted on tech using OEM parts ONLY and was assured of the same. Only positive experience was that the tech arrived on time.
Cons:
1. This company isn't an appliance repair company and lacks basic understanding of electronic circuits. Couldn't diagnose the problem after 45mins of taking the dryer apart until I directed him to check the thermostat and heating element.
2. Was on the phone having a casual conversation for most the time. Spent about 3hrs taking dryer apart without any results.
3. Though I insisted on tech using OEM
