They were super responsive and extremely patient when unknown issues came up. Overall am super happy with the final result! Communication within their team wasn't the best - make sure they're doing what they said they were going to as management and crew weren't always on the same page. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me scheduling-wise and that made the process so much easier!

Let's see, they charged $5000 (insurance claim) to come in for 3 hours, move the furniture to the center of the room, pull off baseboards, mop the floor and leave. I was told when they came back they would help move furniture back and do a final clean up to make sure I was totally satisfied. They came when I wasn't home (2 days before they were supposed to come back knowing I was going to be out of town) to pick up their fans and did not do any of what they promised. They never gave me a contract so I knew what they would and wouldn't be doing and I never got a receipt even though I was told multiple
