I bought a used vehicle from them three weeks ago. I was told it had been inspected for and had no issues. I was LIED TO. I was never given even a Missouri safety inspection. Since that day, I have been stranded on the side of the highway twice, replaced to alternator twice, replaced the battery once (problem still persists), found a gas leak that… only arises when the tank is full (which they also didn’t do even though I was told that he would since the tank was completely empty), and a small exhaust leak. What exactly was inspected? I guess the doors latch and that’s good enough

Bought a car around Christmas. They added an extended warranty on the loan and told me the finance company required it. After looking into it and reading the contract it was deemed not required for a loan. Canceled it in February got a letter saying either I or the finance company will get a refund by April which I have no seen in person or… applied to my loan. They don’t call me back when I leave number and message! They know what they did was illegal and fraudulent all I want is the refund sent to me at my address on file by end of week or I’ll escalate the process to legal
