I have absolutely no idea what the other reviews on here are about -- probably fake. I not only have been an alarm customer with Secure Alarms for 20 year, but I've gotten to know the owner personally, Craig Bober. Great guy! Just yesterday I finally got around to having a digital camera system installed. Amazing. Next I'm getting digital access to door locks and garage and lights .. all via my iPhone. Amazing technology at an affordable price. Techs are knowledgeable, masked, polite, timely, and the best value around. I rate them 10 out of 10!!!! Call Secure Alarms 1st ...

Horrible customer service... Extremely RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS OWNER. DO NOT USE.
I was a loyal 8 year customer who moved but still owned the rental property where I used their services. I was interested in reinstating my service after tenants moved. I had a few questions which the owner was trying to U0 sell me.... which I was not interested in. I stated that to the owner for the 3rd time and he said he wasn't interested in my business THEN HUNG IP ON ME!!!

Unethical security company. Called up owner to subcontract some work in his area as I am out of state for one of my large clients. Owner went to my customer site then came back and stated he was not interested in doing the work then turns around and emails my client and every executive at the company trying to snake the business from me!! Next time I'll do a little more homework before I contact a subcontractor because had I seen the remarks posted here about him I would have never made that call!!!!

This company installed our alarm system and did our monitoring for several years.
We contacted them to let them know that we were moving.
The owner wanted to come over to the house to terminate the system but we had already moved out. We returned to the house prior to our settlement to find that Craig, the owner, had broken into our house, put stickers on the alarm keypad and cut the wires to the system. We will be contacting the police and filing charges for breaking and entering. I assume he picked the lock and used our code to disarm system. Do not use this company.
