Very very disappointed with the customer service I received from Rich. We spoke multiple times on the phone and was assured that our house would be cleaned before the Memorial Day weekend. Not only did they not show up to clean but they never notified us that they wouldn’t be able to. We showed up to a dusty house very disappointed. Do not use this company if you enjoy reliability! Needless to say I will be calling another company.

I contacted Rich 6 weeks ago. We usually clean our own house but due to the joyous arrival of a newborn 4 months again we decided to hire professionals to help. I called several more times and after Rich told me about his shortage of staffing he assured me that our house would be cleaned by the Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. We arrived at 6:00PM and were very disappointed to see that nothing had been cleaned. The last thing we wanted to do was clean our house on Friday night, but that is what we had to do. I used A Shore Maid to clean a new house in August 2018. We called for an estimate and was advised it would cost $250-$300. We considered this to be on the high end but agreed for them to do the work. When booking the job we specifically requested that they clean out our fireplace/mantel.
The crew arrived on time and the cleaners did a fairly good job except they did not touch the fireplace/mantel. We then received an invoice for over $500. This company is so disorganized. They have, two times now, come to my house to clean when I didn't order them. In fact I didn't know who they were. The first time I was actually there and we determined he had the right house number but the wrong street! Today I got a call from my regular cleaning service who had arrived only to find another cleaning service there cleaning! It was A Shore Maid AGAIN! Today is the second time they neglected to look at the street they were on. I called the owner of A Shore Maid and he said that this kind of thing happens all of the time. Good Lord

I used A Shore Maid in June 2014. The crew arrived on time and the cleaners did a fairly good job. However one person accidentally knocked down a picture in my powder room which broke the porcelain towel bar. I was told by the crew leader to call the owner. I called the owner but did not receive a return call that day or several days thereafter. All payments must be done by credit card so I was charged for the cleaning despite the breakage - actually overcharged by $12. That is where the problems start. Firstly the owner overcharged me. Recently 100 dollars in 20 dollar bills went missing from my house the day the shore maids came by to clean. The owner of the company, Richie, told me he would ask his staff about it and get to the bottom of it. After ignoring my calls repeatedly he finally called me back almost a week later. He told me that what was probably happening was that someone was waiting for the maids to come by my house and then leave, and then come into my house and steal items and money (this is not the first time something has gone missing while his employees were on property) then leave, all to make it look like
