Honest place with fair prices. Told me what was wrong with my car and didn't make a bunch of fake charges like some places do. They were able to fix it that day and asked my permission and gave me the price before fixing it. I'll definitely go back :)

They do good work & not over priced. They could improve on their communications. I dropped my car off on Monday, they said it'd be done Tuesday. I called them on Wednesday as I hadn't heard anything, she told me by 3:00 Thursday. On Thursday my husband noticed it was still sitting out back & not in the garage yet. He went in to speak w/ them & say that they needed to keep us informed. They finally called me the following Monday to say it was completed. Not one phone call in a week...

I went in right after a bad experience at fire stone and Jeremy made me feel so much better! He explained the procedures needed to be done and was extremely nice. Cheap prices compared to other mechanics in town. There is a public restroom, chairs, and coffee to make the costumers feel at home as well as the hospitality.

We called several auto repair shops in the area. A Plus Complete Auto care was not only the quickest response, they were very nice and explained things very well. We talked to Jacob before we came in, he was incredibly nice and made it easy.
Jeremy was who we talked to for repairs. He was very informative and incredibly nice. He didn't try to sell more repairs, gave us information for our tires and was on the ball. The place was super busy but everyone was so friendly.
We will always use them for future repairs.
Well done and much appreciated, as My Mom is a widow, and My Dad took care of all
